2.How do I pay?
We accept payment by PayPal or cheques made payable to 'Alice & Emma'. If you are sending a cheque, please print out and complete our order form (click the icon at the bottom of this page) and write your name, cheque card number, card expiry date, and address on the back of the cheque. Orders made by cheque will require 7 days for clearance before we begin to make your order. All prices are shown in £ (GBP) sterling.
3. How will it be delivered and packaged?
For all UK orders made we use a Royal Mail recorded delivery service at a standard charge of £9 per or £5 per stocking for postage and packing. Please contact us at info@aliceandemma.com for multiple orders. Please note this service needs to be signed for by someone on arrival. International shipping costs are available on request. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of orders caused by postal or courier services. Your blanket will arrive cushioned in a recycled and recyclable envelope. A handmade matching gift bag is available at an additional charge of £20.
4. How soon can I get the products I ordered?
As all our items are handmade to order we aim to dispatch your order within 14-21 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. However if you need an item urgently, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
5. Can I return my purchase if I'm not happy with it?
As all our items are designed and handmade to order, they are non-returnable. Everything we make is individually hand crafted and skilfully sewn to a high standard. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your item, let us know and we will do our best to remedy it.
6. Will the blanket or stocking ordered be to the exact specification as seen in the pictures?
All our blankets and stockings are individually designed and hand-made to order, each and every one is unique. No two are ever the same!
